Every single asset, thumbnail, and preview image displayed on our homepage and product pages is either entirely proprietary (created in-house by our team) or sourced from verified royalty-free materials with appropriate commercial licensing. You can safely use our assets in both personal and commercial video projects without any copyright concerns or legal risks.

Currently, Sparkclipassets exclusively operates within and sells to the European region. We focus entirely on serving editors, creators, and production houses across Europe to ensure the highest standard of service, payment security, and regulatory compliance.
Delivery & Digital Access
How will I receive my purchased assets?
Since all our products are digital video assets, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful completion and risk verification of your payment, an automated digital fulfilment email will be sent immediately to your registered email address. This email will contain secure, high-speed download links to access your files.
I have not received my download link. What should I do?
Digital delivery is usually instantaneous. However, network delays, security screenings, or strict email filters may occasionally delay transmission. Please check your Spam or Junk folders first. If your download link has not arrived within 15 minutes, please contact our support team at editing@sparkclipassets.com with your order number, and our team will assist you immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you have purchased a product but have not yet clicked the download link, or if you experience any technical defect with the file itself that prevents it from functioning correctly in your editing software, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase. Our technical support team will gladly review your case to provide a technical solution, an alternative replacement, or a full refund.
Please note that due to the digital nature of our products, sales are non-refundable once the file download has commenced. In strict alignment with the European Consumer Rights Directive regarding digital content, the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to digital downloads once the performance and data transmission have begun. By purchasing and initiating the download of these assets, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these terms.
